Andrew Lovasz has joined The Control Group as Vice President of Marketing for its online public records search properties. Lovasz will lead media buying efforts, including search, native and display, inbound marketing, and marketing automation.
Lovasz is a specialist in developing successful teams in both agencies and client-facing companies. Before joining The Control Group, Lovasz was the CEO of Main Path Marketing, where he brought enterprise-level marketing solutions to mid-sized customers. His efforts have focused on developing company expertise, leading to 1,000 Google certifications earned by employees across several companies. Lovasz is the recipient of the prestigious Google Mobile Champion award for outstanding mobile marketing campaigns in 2015 and 2016.
Previously, Lovasz was the Senior Vice President of Marketing Strategy for Search Optics, a leading provider of tier-two and tier-three marketing solutions for leading automakers. Prior to this role, he worked as the Executive Director of Search Marketing for Organic, an Omnicom company, where he built a global network to support the Hilton Worldwide business. As Vice President of Search Marketing for Moxie Interactive, Lovasz led the search marketing efforts for Verizon Wireless. He also led award-winning work for 20th Century Fox Films and Nestle’s Hot Pockets brand.
In September 2017, The Control Group founders Kris Kibak and Joey Rocco brought Lovasz on as Vice President of Marketing to oversee the marketing and branding operations for the company’s public records products.
